Our Rec Plus program is growing like crazy and is the perfect place to help your child necessary skills to move from Rec Plus into Signature and Club.

The Rec Plus program is also a great place for kids to solidify friendships (invite your friends to join your team!) and/or meet new friends (register and be placed on a new team).

Our goals for the Rec Plus soccer program are to 1) help the kids develop a deep love for the game and 2) give them the skills they need to later play on one of the Signature and/or CFA club teams if they choose.

Unlike any other soccer organization we know, Elite Soccer League allows players to request specific coaches teammates without restriction. As a result, teams often stay together for several seasons and strong friendships form both on and off the field.th on and off the field.

Details for the Spring Recreational Plus (+) Soccer are as follows:

  • Age Brackets - Boys and girls born between 2012 and 2015 (brackets are split by age)

  • Game Dates - Saturdays March 16 - May 18

  • Practices - Two training sessions per week

  • Locations - Players are assigned by city and all games / trainings take place on local South County fields (link)

  • Cost* - Registration fees are just $195, now through February 22

  • Deadline - February 22 (after February 22, players are added to teams with space, but not guaranteed a spot)

  • Format - 7v7 for players born in 2014 & 2015; 9v9 for players born in 2013, 2012

    Competition: At least eight (usually 10) games including playoffs

  • Choice - Players and coaches can form teams without restriction. Elite Soccer League will fill in any openings on the roster with individual registrations

*For Rec Plus, we often assign a paid trainer to the teams in order to get the kids ready for coaches have the option of requesting a paid trainer to help with the team. Teams with a paid trainer will have an additional $150-$225 ($50-$75/month) training fee per player, depending on how involved the trainer is (just weekly training vs. training plus games). There is also a $35 season charge for paid refs (no forced volunteer refs with Elite!)
